Halloween is quickly approaching, and this year I’ll be ready.  With just about a month before the ghosts, ghouls, and goblins come out to play, I’m making plans to decorate my house.  And I’m starting in the bathroom.

Is that a weird place to start?  Maybe.  I never said I was normal.  🙂  But with the right Halloween bathroom decorations, you can make your potty space a scene out of someone’s worst nightmare.

It’s the perfect ambush point.  I mean everyone has to go in there eventually, right?  My goal is to literally scare the sh*t out of people.  *lol*

So let’s talk about some awesome Halloween decorations for your bathroom.  There are so many good ones to choose from.  There are skull shaped toilet roll holders, blood stained shower curtains, bloody shower gel packs, and even creepy toilet toppers that will make guests look twice before they sit down.

Halloween Bathroom Bloody Curtain Decorations

One of the quickest ways I know to creepify your bathroom for Halloween is to hang up a bloody shower curtain.  It’s super easy if you don’t have a lot of time and creates a nice spooky focal point right from the start.  If blood and gore aren’t your thing, there are also a lot of really colorful Halloween shower curtains to choose from that are awesome, but a lot less scary.

Halloween-Themed Bathroom Floor Mats And Hand Towels

If you don’t have a lot of space to work with in your bathroom, simply changing out your bathroom floor mats and hand towels to something more “Halloween-ish” can make a big difference.  You can opt for the “murder bathroom” as seen below or go for a less horrific appearance if you want to save your guests from having a heart attack.

Mirror Decorating Ideas For Halloween

Last, but not least, don’t forget about the mirror.  Ever watch those horror shows where people look in the mirror, then look away, then look back at the mirror, and there’s a ghost standing behind them.  Those scenes still scare the bejesus out of me, even when I know what’s coming.  I love the way they did the fake blood with the words “You’re next.”  Darken the room to make it even more terrifying.
